EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Bambi Kids Clothing, we want you to shop with complete confidence. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. You always have the option to exchange your items or receive a refund (in the case of defects).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To exchange or refund your items, simply return the package back to our official address. As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement or process your refund.

  • For Exchanges: The process typically takes 5–7 working days. Additional delivery charges of Rs 300 apply for the exchange shipment.

  • For Refunds: Delivery charges for both ways will be deducted from the original order amount. The remaining balance will be sent via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.

  • Important Note: Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are found to be defective.

Conditions for Exchange & Returns

All products purchased from Bambi Kids Clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

  1. Defective Goods: The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  2. Incorrect Order: The item does not match the original specifications or is different from what you actually purchased.

  3. Unwashed Condition: The item must not be washed. Please follow all care instructions; do not machine wash items unless specified.

Policy Guidelines & Disputes

  • Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by calling us at 0329-6333394 to raise a dispute or request an exchange.

  • Evidence: For defective or damaged items, you are required to email photographic evidence to bambikidsclothings@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase before your claim can be processed.

  • Shipping: The customer must return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our provided address.

  • Deductions: Delivery charges are non-refundable. For all refund requests, a standard fee of Rs 200 will be deducted for initial delivery charges.

  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we have received and verified the returned products.
